FlowMonitor is the software package for the Scales Industry. Providing the ability to record flow rates for a range of belt scales. This system records real-time data for up to 16 belt scales and can present online scale flow monitoring as well as historic performance graphing.

Administration of FlowMonitor allows individual configuration of up to 16 belt scales including scale formatting and scale naming, among others.

Status displays allow for real-time monitoring of the conveyor scales showing max rates against individual scales in a graph format.

Historic data can be viewed on screen or printed to show individual scale performance over a given period of time.

Each scale is connected via an interface unit to a PC running Windows XP. The FlowMonitor server is installed on this PC and then gathers the data, in real-time, from the connected scale units.

FlowMonitor can be purchased in bundles of scale units as follows:

Base Server (including 6 scales) AU$CALL
5 scale bundle AU$CALL

Complete FlowMonitor system (Server plus 16 scales) AU$ CALL

Minimum requirements:

Pentium 4, 256Mb Memory, 20 GB Hard Disk, 1 available Serial Port and Windows XP Professional.

Current supported scales:

Techweigh WY10, WY15 and WY25 with WP20 / FC20 Processors.
